Just beautiful! Memory receives a red dot design award 2012
Compression stockings are old fashioned? No way!
Memory has proven that medical efficacy and beautiful appearance are a perfect match. For their modern design and the sophisticated attention to detail the elegant compression stockings were awarded the red dot design award 2012.
The red dot design award is one of the world´s most renowned design prizes and enjoys great respect among experts and consumers. This year 1,800 designers and manufacturers entered the competition with in total 4,515 products to win the coveted trophies. The jury, made up of thirty top-notch designers, judged besides stylistic elements also the feel and funcionality. The official ceremony for the red dot design awards will take place in Essen on 2nd July, when inter alia acclaimed cars, computers and jewelry will be on show.
Memory scored in several categories at the award ceremony. Not only the elgant look of the compression stockings also the stylish image of all the advertising material could convince. The decoration, brochures and sales materials are incorporated into this design line.

The international trade fair and world congress open his gates again from 16th through 18th of May 2012.
The exhibition is daily opened from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The new Memory compression stockings offer a wide range of benefits: softer wearing comfort, putting on and taking off stockings simplified and last but not least a stylish appearance. The many wonderful details make your compression stockings a natural daily companion and help turn your therapy into a permanent success.
A natural fit.
As the latest studies have shown, the body size of the population has changed in the past few years. The reworked and extended Memory size chart is based on our knowledge of these current trends. The new size chart thus guarantees an optimal fit and is a further building block in the success of your therapy.
Soft velvety wearing comfort
Soft velvety, skin friendly functional yarns ensure wearing comfort while worn. The unique soft toe allows the toes to move freely. The heel is knitted to adapt to the foot’s anatomical shape and at the same time wrinkling across the instep is prevented.
Extensive wear tests have shown that the compression of the new Memory is felt to a considerably less extent- but has the same medical effect.

Memory is in appearance hardly distinguishable from full-fashioned stockings.

June 2010 | Ofa Bamberg has a new website
Appealing, informative, well-arranged and comprehensive - this is how the Franconian manufacturer of medical compression stockings will from now on present themselves on the Internet.
"The pages are valuable for both those with experience and those without experience of the stockings market”, thus the project manager. “They show a cross section of years of OFA Bamberg competence in the field of compression stockings.” Features, such as the vein check and a most comprehensive range of medical background knowledge, add pages of totally new content.
On the new product pages that provide an in-depth report on product features and design, users will be able to get with the help of detailed pictures an exact idea of toes, heels, knitted fabrics, borders, and much more.
An additional new feature of the homepage is the product finder. It helps the user to find the right stockings based on personal requirements and criteria. Should the user, for example, be looking for a particular colour, the product finder will then only select those designs and brands available in this colour. Questions often asked can be directly clarified under the heading FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). Background knowledge of stockings – ranging from their manufacture to tips on how to put on the stockings and care instructions to an explanation of the difference between support and compression stockings is provided and discussed. The user gains a detailed and interesting insight into compression therapy and preventive health care.

01.01.2009 | Intelligent packing for individual made-to-measure products
As of September 2009 individually produced compression stockings from the Franconian manufacturer of compression stockings OFA Bamberg leave the company in a completely new packaging (insert) design. Appealing and functional at the same time, the new package is easier to use by the specialist shop and the customer.
